While I have been satisfied with the dine in-food in the past, Sam s needs to fix their delivery/online service, which is just plain awful. It is because of this that I will not frequent their establishment anymore. I have been given late orders and very cold food before, but tonight takes the cake. After placing an online order and being told my family s order would be at our doorstep within 45 minutes, we waited (some might say, too patiently) for over an hour before I called to check on our order. I was told that because they were very busy, things were running a bit late.Forty five minutes later i called back and was told that sometimes that service doestn t work too well. We never got that order... and then I was told, next time, call it in. Wow. How rude. How inept can this restaurant be? Why have services offered that you can t maintain? I will not be going back.

Horrible chinese food. Service was by far the worse I have seen. The establishment was old and ghetto looking. I would not recommen this place what so ever.

Their combination fried rice is Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their Gen. Tsoa--yuck...takes like BBQ chicken... Workers are friendly... Update 12/2009--recently went there. Quite frankly the only good thing is their Sam's fried rice and egg rolls. That's the only thing I would order. More importantly, be sure to verify any payments to them. I had a takeout order...saved my receipt, paid with a debit card. The cashier added a tip for herself. Boy that made me angry. They gave me back the money, but I don't like people stealing from my checking account. So, be sure to keep your receipt and verify their charges. I was disappointed. However, I'll continue to buy their rice because it is that good.

Great Chinese food, no commercialism here. It's all authentic. Better then Pei Wei and Chang's which I frequented for several years. The establishment is small but very family friendly. Take my kids all the time. The servers do need some additional training but they are friendly and the owners are very involved with all the customers that go in. I eat there approximately 3 times a week and there has not been anything in my food that shouldn't have been there. Enjoy!

The food's too spicy and greasy and not very appealing. While we were there, my friend found a fly in her soup. Never again!
