My husband and I went for dinner or the first time and was pleasantly surprised. We both enjoyed our dinner and the prompt service. We will definitely go again.

Food was flavorless and tasted like it had been frozen. Bread was stale and we were rushed through our meal. Never again.

Maybe I went at a bad time, but the food was awful. My chicken Marsala taste like it had been microwaved. Rubbery, and the noodles were loaded with oil. No other spices were present. The waiter brought out the Salad and then 2 min later said oh Im sorry your food is ready and then we get some bread and oil. The bread I think just came from the local store, plain as can be. If you are looking for good Italian food I highly recommend trying somewhere other than this place. Also i noticed several other people sending their food back. This place wont be around long if they keep this up.

I ordered catering for my daughter's wedding from Carino's. I had never been to Carino's before, but my daughter wanted Italian and this is what we decided on. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff were courteous and friendly and the prices were reasonable. The food was delivered as promised and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend Carino's; the food was wonderful.

My wife and I have eaten here twice on our trips to Pigeon forge. Every time we come away full and satisfied. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and the staff have been fantastic on each of our trips. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms for appetizers, they are delicious. We have had different entrees each time we've been, and have been pleased each time. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the tiramasu (my personal favorite).

Our favorite dishes are the bowtie festival and the 12 layer lasagna. The service leaves a little to be desired sometimes, and the cannoli tasted like cardboard the one time we tried it. The atmosphrere is wonderful here and we love the alcoves. Prices are on average with other restaurants of the same type. Two can eat cheaper in the early afternoon. This restaurant is in a great location and has several exit options to get on the parkway. We highly recommend this restaurant if you like Italian food.

WE RECCOMEND THE ITALIAN NACHOS AS APPETIZER, AND AS MEAL EITHER THE LASAGNA OR EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA. ALSO THE CHOCOLATE CAKE & ICE CREAM WAS TO DIE FOR!
