OK, I don't know if you people are from the 60's or what, but the prices at Niko's are very reasonable. Here are some examples: You can get a chicken fried steak, with salad, two sides, and bread for $9.99 at a sit-down restaurant with great service. HUGE salads are under $10 with steak, shrimp, or chicken, and the chicken dishes are $8.99-12.99 with bread, salad or soup, a vegetable and a potato. This is enough for two meals. The steaks are a little pricier than the other dishes, but they are STEAKS, and they are good! I love the atmosphere, the wine list is excellent, and the bar is a great place to hang out and watch the game in style. If you think this is overpriced, try eating in Austin or Dallas. Give me a break. Save a table for me at Niko's!
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. This place is comparable to Outback Steakhouse but alot less crowded. I think the meat is actually better though. We will definitely avoid the other place now. The service was efficient also. The lighting was good too. It wasn't so dark that you couldn't see your food. We will definitely go back.
