TAPA's, it seems, is simply appetizers with an international flavor. Mostly seafood, mildly spicey. I didn't know what TAPA was but the waiter was extremely friendly and helpful.
He explained the menu which was different than any I'd seen before. The cost is written out in dollars below the selection as simply 'ten' or 'eleven' or 'nine'. I thought it was very stylish.
I had a vodka martini. The most perfect martini I could have asked for. My husband had a rusty nail, also mixed properly and well.
The food was excellent, the service great. All questions were answered with a flare of humor and honesty.
Since we are new to Roseburg, the waiter recommended other restaurants in the area we might like to try.
All in all, a very pleasant and wonderful evening.
