IHOP Restaurant, Newport News

Great food, I have always loved eating at IHOP, fast service, clean place. However, the service at this location has been beyond horrible the 3 times I have been there. I have never been treated so badly by staff, and right in front of their manager while I stood there shocked. She refused to tell me her name so I could call the manager on the phone (whom she refused to go and get, however when he did show up) the manager did not seem in the least bit surprised. I am really in shock by the absolute disreguard for customer service at this facilty. I will NEVER go back. I can live without IHOP!

I've had bad service at both locations more than once at this location and at the one on Jefferson. Neither time was I offered any kind of compensation for their negligence nor apology by the management staff for the wait persons attitudes. I will not be going to either one of the locations again in NN.

Great service friendly staff and great food. I usually live at this IHOP. This is the best one in the hampton roads area that I have seen so far.
