Texas Roadhouse, Bangor

I am disabled and unable to leave my home. My husband loves the Texas Roadhouse chain. We order takeout, the food is always cooked to perfection and packaged perffectly. We are able to enjoy an intamate setting at home on our dishes that looks and tastes like it just came out of their ovens. Some places do not put much thought into how they package take out. Texas Roadhouse does, giving us great memories and great food. I love the shrimp he loves the rib eye! No doubt he misses eating the free peanuts, it was enjoyable, but at least we can still enjoy fresh, perfectly cooked and great quality food at reasonable prices.

Perhaps the most overrated restaurant in Bangor. The steak is nothing special. It is an extremely average place.

This is a great place to eat, if you want to wait the 2 hours it takes to get a table on weekends. The food is great, but what makes it is the atmosphere. People are allowed to throw peanuts on the ground, the wait staff does line dancing for you, it's a lot of fun. Very popular place to eat in Bangor.

This is a great place to eat. The steak is amazing, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. One of the things I like is that there are several size options for most entrees. There aren't a lot of places you can get a 6 oz sirloin or a much bigger one. The only thing that may turn people away is DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY HAS PEANUT ALLERGIES! There are peanuts everywhere! It is definitely the best steak out of any of the steakhouse chains around here and it also happens to have the best prices! We travel from Brunwick just to go!

The food tasted great; however, people throw the peanut shells all over the floor. I guess that is great for kids; however, as an adult, I can only imagine there must be rats there so for me, that was a turn off. That aside, though, the grilled salmon tasted awesome.

My wife and I enjoy going there couple of times a month....We had an issue with the food a few times but since then its been very satisfactory.

I am so glad this place came around! Its the best place to get a steak! The rolls melt in your mouth, the portions are great, and the prices are fair. They have unique food (Loaded Sweet Potatoe - YUM!!!) the long waits are 100% worth it, and if they make a mistake they replace the food very quickly. Everything is always hot and fresh. They have mouth watering chicken, and great seafood & amazing appetizers!! If you're up for a fun night with excellent food head over there! I would recommend to do call ahead seating if you don't want to wait long!! Hope everyone enjoys!!
