Ming Moon, Port Jervis

We ordered delivery food from here while staying overnight at the nearby Hampton Inn. Good experience ... we got two dinner specials and everything was good with a lot of food for the money. My wife said the wonton soup was the best take-out she's had, and my hot-&-sour was good and very spicy. My kung pao beef dish had lots of vegetables, excellent. Only complaint was that they forgot to put napkins in the bag, but not a problem where we were in a hotel room.

Hey folks let's be fair. Port is a small knit community, just ask the mayor, chief of police and judge where is their favorite. The result will generally reflects the truth if i may suggest....

EXCELLENT...FOOD, SERVICE, and DELIVERY!!! Food is hot and never greasy...polite staff...quick delivery on request.

Just moved to PJ from NYC. I am a Chinese-American. I take chinese take-out food with a grain of salt. It is usually not quite as authentic as I would prefer. However, even take-out places catering to a Western palate come in the good and bad categories. Ming Moon is better than good. It's excellent! The ingredients are fresh. They are ably prepared. They are never oversauced or overdone. When I get a craving for local Chinese food, it's Ming Moon that I turn to. So if you're having a craving, stop by and give it a try.
