Chopsticks, Waco

Early in 2003 we opened the original Chopsticks in Hewitt. It is nothing extravagant or especially fancy. Donac2t look for Ming vases or embroidered silk tablecloths here. The emphasis is on the customers and their love of excellent Chinese food the way they like it acc prepared when ordered, not ahead of time. As people told their neighbors about the food at the new place, more and more folks ate with us and told their friends. Since the beginning people have continued to tell us that our freshly prepared Chinese food is the best they have ever eaten. People started to come from all over central Texas to try the food that their friends and family talked about so highly! We were being asked to deliver to north Waco, Robinson, Lorena and other parts of the area. Due to the increasing demand the second Chopsticks was opened in Bellmeade in 2005 and is managed by Mattac2s uncle Jia & aunt Sonny, who run it with the same family philosophy of fine ingredients cooked to order at a fair price. We now have five Chopsticks restaurants in the Waco area all with the same family pride that started it all.
