TGI Friday's, Elk Grove

We had worst experience of dining in in TGIF Elk Grove. It took a long time to get seated and then get our food. When my server brought my food , I wanted to add Mac and cheese for my son , and the server said that he doesn t think it will be done before we finish our food . Nobody ever came back to fill our waters and other drinks. After we were done with our food , my son was still lil hungry as I was told that he cannot order Mac and cheese as it will take too long, so I decided to order desserts for everybody. I kept ignoring all the above things, just think that may be the server is overwhelmed right now. He asked me if we want to order desserts, I said yes and I would like to look at the dessert menu. He brought me dessert menu and the disappeared for 15 minutes without taking my order and then came back with my check. When I looked at him with disbelief , he said oh you wanted to order dessert, I am sorry and handed me the check. This is the first restaurant who doesn t want to serve people. I am so disappointed , I will never ever go to TGIF Elk Grove. I paid some $45, and I would say it was worse experience than a fast food place.

Not good. They will be out of business again soon, unless they can get their act together

This place went out of business before the holidays...it is CLOSED!!!

*read PJ's comment below* I can back up everything she said. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Waste $8.00 on alcohol somewhere else, unless you like watered down drinks! What a disgrace. And customer service needs A LOT of work.
