Old Europe is really a great restaurant. The Hummus is really good and I love the Gyros and the Pizza and the Damascus bread.

Old Europe is hard to beat. The food is wonderful.The atmosphere is very nice and the service is top notch. I love the damascus bread and the hummus is superb.

Old Europe is in my opinion the absolute best of the best when it comes to restaurants in the Florence area and I will go even further to say that it compares only to the best restaurants I have tried in Europe. It would easily be a success if located in New York, London, Paris, Rome or Venice. I have tried nearly everything on the menu and I can truly say that the food is exquisite. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is charming and inviting.

After complaining that there were no REALLY good restaurants for Italian food in the area, we stumbled upon this place. The food is great. Everything is cooked to perfection...and made to order. They obviously use only the best ingredients. The owner is very nice. He always walks around and talks to the customers. They have a belly dancer a couple nights a week. Oh...and don't forget to order an entree that comes with the roasted potatoes. Even if you're not a potato person, you'll love these. They melt in your mouth! The food here is so good...this guy should be cooking in Boston or New York!

Old Europe is without a doubt the best restaurant in Florence. The atmosphere, the food and the service can't be matched. I eat at Old Europe at least once a week. Good job Sonny, keep it up!

This is the best place to eat in Florence, SC or the Pee Dee. The food is terrific no matter what you order. Not only is the food prepared to perfection and the service flawless, the atmosphere is the biggest selling point. Sonny and Julie Shila and their staff go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable that you almost forget you are in a restaurant. Also let me tell you they have belly dancers there every saturday night which is wonderful. This is really a wonderful place the people who work thier are very friendly and also the owner Sonny... they all go out of thier way to make sure you enjoy your meal. Couldn't ask for a better place to eat an drink at than the Old Europe Mediterranean Grill.
