I wish I had found this website before I purchased a quilt & ordered pillow shams. It's been over a month and guess what?I still don't have the pillow shams I was promised would arrive in 2 two weeks. Today was the second time I called to check on the order. The sales lady working today was no help. Kept giving me the run around and interrupted me every time I spoke. When I told her to let me finish my sentence she got mad, said I was rude & hung up. Got the we are a small business spiel too. Sorry, but that's not my problem. Maybe if you delivered on your orders & had better customer service you could have a growing business!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Waited 1 1/2 weeks to call and find my quilt had not even been shipped yet because "they did not have any boxes". The employees are nice when selling but extremely rude and condesending when you complain or try to return an item. Do not let the quilts they hang outside fool you, the real quilts are expensive and their customer service is the worst in a city that counts on the tourist trade to survive.

This store does not give refunds regardless of the reason, timing or amount. They make no exceptions. I would not purchase another product from this store. Terrible customer service. I got the run around and excuse that it's a small business and a challenging environment. Well guess what - it is for those of us that have lost jobs and can't affort a very large credit at a store that I'll likely never get back to.
