Morey's Piers, Wildwood Crest

I have been going to Wildwood since I was a baby and before that so was my parents and their parents. Nothing like it. The boardwalk has many attactions, beaches are clean. Love the fireworks on a Friday night and listening to the tram car..."Watch the tram car please"...If you love the water you should take a tour on the sightseeing cruise for dolphins. In July especially you can see plenty of them and they come right up to the boat.

Great family atmosphere, we come here every summer 2 to 3 times a summer. The prices are very reasonable for food, lodging, and suvineirs. We love to visit Wildwood because its a nice vacation thats affordable for the average family. The beach is cleaner than most and the amusment areas are great!

I only like the boardwalk. My favorite thing to do there was riding the mechanical horses at Supercade and Ed's Funcade. I'll do it over and over again if I could!!!!!

I have been going to the Wildwoods since I was a small boy. My parents had a vacation home there. I vacationed there with my friends, my wife and my family. I was probably one of the first riders on Morey's Giant Slide which was their very first ride. I used to buy the season tickets but I won't anymore. Morey's used to include the Go Carts, just one ride each day but they still included them. They kept raising their prices and I kept buying the tickets until they took the carts away. I was rather insulted at that time they could even venture to raise prices and take away the 1 go cart ride that they included in their high priced tickets. Great Adventure for the season is about $60 and they allow you to bring friends too. I'm very disappointed in Morey's anymore. I will go to the boards, since I have a vacation home there, but my amusement vacation time is spent elsewhere anymore. I love the Wildwoods but as a vacation resident there I have become a little sour towards their operations. I would like to comment on their new Beach Club. Very nice and pleasant. I enjoy the water parks with my kids. I was apprehensive about Morey's having a liquor license inside the park because they first applied for the license as a restaurant. But it is nice. They monitor drinking carefully. Morey's tradition in the Wildwoods has become long lasting, I know they pride themselves upon safety and cleanliness. I especially like the smoking sections, I wish they would enforce them more though. My child was burnt (not badly, luckily) by a cigarette someone was holding near the Moby Dick ride. Hopefully they will begin smoking sections on the entire boardwalk, just to at least cut down on the littering. So if you are going to the Wildwoods, plan on a discount day for the rides, a Tuesday or a Thursday. Otherwise you will pay dearly for bracelets or tickets. I hope someone from Morey's and even more important from the wildwood's council reads my post. Clean up those T-Shirt places and limit the hucksters from bamboozling the kids playing. I know Morey would like to clean the boards up too. Maybe extend the season into the winter, Ocean City does!

Best Rides, Food, Games! I've been coming here for 20 years and I look forward to it every year! The rides never get boring, the water park is great expecially not only for kids, but adults!

The pier is a great place for couples, family, and anyone else that wants to get away from day to day life. It can be a bit on the high side for prices. You can watch for specials that are offered. There is a discount on the Water park until it closes. There is a discount on days that give you unlimited rides. Just remember to stop and look for discounts before you get there. I have been going to Wildwood since 1987. This will be my 20th year. We will be leaving this week for Wildwood.

L was in Wildwood one year ago and there l had the most beautiful experience ever. eveyone who have a chanse jast GO THERE. L was working in a candy shop & a retail & there l met a lot of friend all over the world. lt's my dream to go there again just one more time.

It was a really nice time to get away--it was my first time there and I was comparing the boardwalk to OCMD's the entire time--it lacked bars on the boardwalk--but the variety of food was awesome..lots of good stuff to choose from!! the rides are overpriced and they get you everytime with the games, but its a fun time for the weekend and we'd definitely go back!

I go to wildwood crest every year on vacation and when I go to Morey piers me and my family have a great time. Last year I went on the "great white" roller coaster with my dad. It was pure fast and fun. I'm really looking forward to it this year!

There were 8 of who went--Five adults and three children and everyone found rides that they loved. The great thing about it is that there are three piers to choose from.
