Down Hill

Ever since Boston Coffee and Bagel has been under a new ownership, I do not think that it has been the same. The new owner (whoever she is....I mean I have never seen her there once) does not seem to care too much about the business. I have been served food that has gone bad, stale moldy muffins, stale bagels, luke warm coffee, and brown lettuce on a sandwich. I have decided to stop going to this coffee shop. I have seen many new employees come in and out of the coffee shop like crazy. This tells me a few things. 1.) The owner is an awful business man/woman and does not know how to keep a good employee or 2.) Workers quit because they do not want to serve food that has gone bad OR 3.) The boss dislikes very many people. I have also noticed that on some days, when the milk is all gone, they have to run over to the corner store to buy a jug. I mean this is not the worst thing in the world, but once again, it just seems like a very poorly run business. I have also heard something about their flavored decaf coffees. I heard that they are not REAL decaf and they do infact have caffiene. One other rumor I have heard that has been circulated to the customers is that the low-fat cream cheese is actually not low-fat. Not sure if these rumors ARE true, but this has been under speculation but a few different customers. Overall, the only reason I would ever come back to this place is to visit a few employees that I have started to grow fond of and that is it. Maybe the occasional bagel, but I would rather just get a bagel from somewhere else. That is all I have to say on Boston Coffee and Bagel.
