Horrible customer service !

Purchased a cape cod bracelet in January and while wearing it found that it would unscrew and disconnect. Brought it back to the store, requesting a replacement. They were discourteous, lacked the understanding of providing customer service and satisfaction for a product they sent out damaged. They do not back up their jewelry, but choose to put a bandaid on it. polish it and force you out the door.
I would never purchase anything from them again. Terrible service for a jewelry store!
