HORRIBLE, RUDE OWNER
I spent $40 to take 5 kids (ages 10-15) there for an hour today. I stayed right there with them the whole time. They were well behaved, taking turns, and having a good time. But the owner reprimanded them and me FOUR times, eventually ruining our visit. First one was standing too close to an adjacent lane. Next one was starting to roll the ball before all the pins were reset. Next the ball was hitting the lane too hard and guttering. He said "Next time this happens they are outta here." We left, and will never return, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I had gotten these two families of children together who rarely see each other, gotten them fed and transported there, had called to make sure it was open and mapquested it, all in hopes of a pleasant afternoon, which the owner ruined. We went to the skating rink and the kids had a blast because the people who run it were friendly and accommodating. If you have such stringent rules, give a friendly 5 minute lesson to groups at the beginning, or put up signage, or give a brochure, or do SOMETHING other than criticize and threaten. You deserve to be out of business. Your lack of customer service and plain old meaness is something you will reckon with on the last day.
