Bunnery Bakery & Cafe, The, St Augustine

They had not had made only one mistake but three mistakes. First when we went to order with the cashier she told us to order down at the other register and to pay with her after ordering. We stood at the other register and noticed we weren't being served at all. After waiting for several minutes, we then ask one of the people preparing the lattes and coffee where do we put in our order; they replied at the cashier (the one who originally said she doesn't take orders). We went to the cashier and put in our order and told her that she mislead us and we had a lot of people go in front of us. The cashier didn't even apologize and just said "ok, just so you know your lattes are going to take 10 - 15 mins. we said thats fine we will wait. 25 minutes passed and we were not called for our order. They somehow lost our order ticket and said nastily if we want our money or to wait for our lattes. We wanted our money back. They short changed us $2.00 of our money back so we went back in the store and spoke to a older woman who was the manager. We told her how much we paid and she called us liars saying that we never paid that much. Meantime her employee turned to her and confirmed the amount we paid and he gave us the rest of the money. The older woman told us never to come back again because we justified ourselves from the amount that they were trying to steal from paying customers!! They also cannot add properly (the manager don't even know her own prices in the store) and are clearly very disrespectful when people confront them on mistakes THEY made.
