Adventures at Sea
Adventures at Sea have all the water sports activities you may need. You can find everything from Jet Ski rentals to parasailing here. Try and get the biggest catch by renting a charter boat and head out to the open sea of the Caribbean. With their Pontoon Boats the whole the family can discover the true beauty of the Gulf. Make all of your outdoor water dreams come true.
We rent their pontoon boats every year because my wife enjoys the "floaty boat". We took drinks, snacks and lunch and enjoyed the day. We went to shell island and cruised around in the bay at our leisure. We had dolphins right next to our boat several times. It is really shallow over close to shell island and is a great place to dive in for a swim.
If you want to have a fun leisure day.....rent a pontoon form these guys, even if you have never drove a boat. It is so simple to operate and well worth the price. What else can you do for entertainment for a group for less that $250 for a whole day.
Believe me you'll be back again and again, just like us. OH don't forget your camera, suntan lotion and towels! We'll see you there next week!
We experienced a dolphin cruise with Captain Andy. It was the most informative and exciting part of our trip. The tour was everything we had expected and more. Not only did we see dolphins, star fish, and sand dollars we learned about the area and local marine life. We were in good hands with Andy and the whole Adventures at Sea staff. We will be coming back every year and highly recommend Adventures at Sea to everyone. Dr. Kent Morganstien
we scheduled a ride at 1:30 and they were ready for us way ahead of time. i then rode the jet skis for the first time in my life and it was amazing. they really give you a lot of freedom as to where you can ride and where you cant.
my dad and i both just finished our rides no less then 3 hours ago, and i have a feeling we will go back again sometime this week!!!!!!!!!!! I give them an A+!
My boyfriend and I took the jet ski tour 6-6-09...it was absolutely amazing. We saw lots of dolphines swimming all around us and took many amazing pictures as they swam to surface. We also got to dive for sand dollars and star fish. Our tour guide, Randy, was really cool...he found the most sand dollars and passed them out for us to take home. You cant take the star fish but you can still hold them and take pictures with them. We actually had so much fun that we wanted to go again, but the next tour was full...most definitely will go back the next time we are in PCB. TWO THUMBS UP!!
We chose this place based on price alone, they were the cheapest for pontoon rentals. The boat was older than others, but it was perfect for what we wanted. They were ready for us when we arrived and had a great time.
What we disliked was that we were told to come right away for the next jet ski tour but when we got there, most of the jet ski's did not work and had to be fixed. We waited well over an hour to take our tour.
However; the tour itself far exceeded our expectations in lenght, beauty and freedom to ride as we chose to ride. Not to mention our tour guide was super hot! Not sure about his name, think was Eric, but he was from California (formerly)just like us. YIKES. So, Mom, Dad and three beautiful daughters had a blast and a hot leader to boot!
Thanks for asking!
The young girl working the beach cabana was rude and not very helpful. If she could be a little more friendly and explain things then she might be more business. We did let our sons ages 9 and 15 ride the banana boat. She did not explain anything except to "put on these life jackets and wait out in the water." The guy driving the jet ski pulling the banana boat was VERY RUDE. He did not want to take time to explain how to hold on to my boys which becomes a safety concern. He called the STUPID and then pulled them around the ocean without even looking back at them. I did not realize he would have been that haphazard or I would have rode with them or better yet..NOT let them ride at all. Hint: go buy your tickets at the booth across from Captain Anderson's. The guys there was very nice and helpful and cheaper and shuttle from there to parasail but you still have to deal with the beach people if you want the banana boat.
My boyfriend decided to take me here for Mothers Day, we went on the Jet ski tour, it was supposed to be a two hour tour but since it was the last tour of the day the guide scheduled the actual tour with the sunset. It turned out to be about three to three and a half hours. My boyfriend and the group had a chance to swim with the dolphins, we went on a sand bar and picked up sand dollars, star fish and other creatures of the sea. We then went to a secluded beach that was only accessable by boat or jet ski and when there the sun started to set. As the sun was setting the sun set was glistening on the water and it was just beautiful. It took us two and a half hours to get there but I would recommend this place to any and everyone, I would looooove to go back.
We rented three skis and went on the jet ski tour. Colt was our tour guide and he was so much fun. He took us to see the dolphins and we got to swim with them and touch them. My sister got some great pictures of us in the water with the dolphins. Colt let us swim with the dolphins for a long time and then we rode on the skis for a while. The skis were in great condition considering it was middle of July when we went. The only problem we had was the seaweed. Colt was VERY helpful and cleaned it out for us while we found lots of shells. I will definitley do the tour again next time I go to panama City Beach.
