First off they are a liability hazard. There are spider sacs in the children's train, broken gate , they allow people shorter than 36" onto the adult go karts, and an employee there broke my cell phone. I brought these issues up to the manager and he had a terrible attitude about it and could have cared less. He argued with me about the broken gate even while I was showing him it comes out the ground. A child could lean against it and fall into the paddle boat pool. The employee looked at my cell phone (I made the mistake of setting it down for 10 seconds), leaned onto it, looked around, and pushed it off. He then pretended he didn't here the crash. I wasn't expecting anyone to buy me a new cell phone by any means, however I did ask for a refund of my day. I paid for 4 all day passes ($150) and was only there for 1 hour before the employee broke my phone. I also spent $100 in the arcade and $20 on food which I did not expect a refund for any of it. Essentially the manager told me to kiss his ass and he wouldn't do anything. I was welcome to call the cops and he would allow me to stay at the park! What a joke!!! Everything about this place is over rated. Don't let the website fool you and make this place look exciting because it is not. The karts are slow and the employees are rude. My son wanted to go on the train, which I paid $3 for, and the employee who had to drive the train rolled his eyes at us, drove around in 2 small circles and pulled the train to a stop. After, he stared at my son like he was an idiot and told him to "get out..". This place was the BIGGEST mistake I made on my vacation!!!!
We are a small local company and in the beging of the new year we close for a day and have a "team building" event to kick off the new year! In the past we've had boring meetings or lame beach events that realy were not fun! This year the boss had something different in mind. I don't think ANYONE expected this!! We had a FANTASTIC time battling for first place in the go kart races, seeing who could hit a home run in the batting cages, seeing who was the next Arnold Palmer in mini golf, and seeing who dominated the laser tag - managers vs employees (employees won by the way)! We stayed the WHOLE day! The staff had a pavilion set up for us to all enjoy our lunch together when we got hungry (subs from the resaurant inside Andretti's. DELICIOUS!!) They even allowed the company to provide adult beverages (AFTER we done driving the karts of course!)!!! We had such a great time not only with our families that came but wth our fellow employees! We all bonded throughout the day and STILL make jokes about who beat who in go-karts and how we all rallied together to defeat the boss' in laser tag! The park was clean, employees were super nice and on top of everything, we played in the arcade for hours and won some awsome prizes!!Overall we had a FANTASIC time!! The group deals are VERY affordable especially for all the fun you get! Our kids all want to have their birthday parties there but we all just want to go back next year!
Before I say anything else, print out the coupons from their website. Make sure you get one for each person! The original prices are steep, but the coupons can save you quite a bit.
Andretti Thrill Park is a good place to spend a solid 2+ hours (no idea what some of these other people are talking about). They just redid the golf course and the arcade was also just upgraded to a card swipe system. Hopefully they'll re-do the batting cages soon and get new cars for the F1 extreme. But other than that, no complaints! The super speedway has nice cars.
The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions (especially the ones at the front desk).
I'd go again. Just on a much cooler day. 90 degree+ weather with a hot engine right behind your seat is not a good mix.
After getting tired of going to the zoo all the time, I decided to bring my kids to Andretti Thrill Park. We had such a good time! I wish I'd known about the park sooner!
My kids are 4 and 9 and there was plenty to keep both of them occupied. The arcade is HUGE and there was a track the my little one could do alone. Also one that my older son could do alone.
We had an awesome time and will definitely be going back soon.
We were in Melbourne visiting family and my kids love playing mini golf on vacation. This was the worst mini golf ever, without exaggeration. It was expensive at about $8 each, and they charged full price for my 4 year old who can barely operate the club so I thought that was not right. This is the kind of place that was probably beautiful many years ago under what I presume was a previous owner. Now they are milking the property - collecting $8 a pop and putting absolutely nothing into maintenance. All former water hazards are now filled with rocks, nothing is mulched, just dirt, all metal is rusty and all the wood is splintery. A lot of the wood around the holes is broken so watch your kids. The worst part is the astroturf. It is all torn up and bunched up on multiple holes. Forget about hole in ones and twos. Go elsewhere. I never write reviews but I felt compelled here. Save your money. Go elsewhere. I should have taken it as a bad sign when I had to sign a waiver to play mini golf.
It is not kept up at all....This is a kind of place that takes money in but does not spend a dime to fix it up....The train that used to run on the tracks was good for kids...Now they have a train with tires that goes up and down the walkways...How Dumb...The golf course needs an overhaul..None of the waterways work anymore no waterfalls nothing..The carpets are trash and one hole just had dirt in it not even a plastic insert...The go karts are fair....But the place is understaffed.....The place to eat is a joke...It is just a dump...Go to Kissimmee if you want a nice place to play mini golf...
Stay away from this place. It is garbage....not to mention what you get for the price is outrageous. I will never ever go back to this place again or never recommend this place.....Fun Spot in Orlando is way cheaper and you will have more fun there.....If you want to be disappointed go to Andretti's
The go karts werent in like perfect condition (but how can you keep them perfect? it IS a thrill park), but they were alot of fun. The games are ok, but lazer tag and gokarts are the only reason i'd go back. the put put golf kinda did suck, but whatever. i liked the arcade too!
