I love the fact that I can walk into a salon and spa that has top notch training, service and products! It seems a though the people that are dissatisfied are the type that are never happy with anything or anyone, indicating they are unhappy with themselves. don't listen to the negative feedback because these people are jealous of the beautiful people, family atmosphere and are cheap, not realizing you get what you pay for. How in the world can you possibly say that a manager gets half of someone's gratuity. That is incorrect. Been going there for 14 years. I have also been to Bliss and Elizabeth Arden, still love Imperial!! I completely and wholeheartedly would recommend Imperial for all your salon and spa needs. Keep checking in for new and hard to find designer clothing, sunglasses and jewelry.

I have read through these reviews and feel horrible about some of these people's expierence. Although the reviews were months past and many things have changed it still hurts me to read. It seems there were many complaints about the front desk and management. I can tell you, there is a new staff in town who would love to pamper you and take care of your needs with a smile and compassion. Dont' rule us out.

I visit Florida every summer for the past 10 years, and used to live in Indialantic. I was very excited to hear of the new spa, and booked in for a massage (hot stone). It was lovely, and really relaxing, the bed was comfortable, room was sound, practitioner professional and strong....I am a massage therapist as well so, I just want to enjoy the treatment and not chatter. I have had my hair cut, colored, pedicures, deep tissue massage, had a couple of really nice girls nights there where the staff treated us really well. Yes, its not cheap, but from what I remember, there was a price list, and I was given one, I don't remember ever being charged extra for anything. They treated my kids well when they were there for cuts. As someone who is in the same business, I thought it was an excellent facility with state of the art equipment that costs big bucks!!! If you want all the bells and whistles, its great. I am sad that they have had a fire, and can't wait to visit the new place. I'm sure it will have the same excellent standards.

As professional as Elizabeth Arden Spas, but personal with a terrific and knowledgable staff. Very comforting, making you feel pampered from head to toe.

I began my encounter into a beautiful European style spa, where I was greeted by the wonderful warm smiling faces of the front staff. The locker room was gorgeous with lockers robes steam and sauna use. I was given compelentary wine and relaxed a little before my services. I had the best massage and facial. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would go back again. I highly recommend this place.

I thought the lobby area and spa area were very nicely done. However,the hair salon area left something to be desired. There was lots of noise, loud laughter from staff members off in the corner, but nothing too unpleasant. My stylist was a bit rushed and seemed somewhat nervous, but did a fabulous job on my hair, which in the end makes the experience totally worth it. I went to this salon on a friend's advice, and don't regret it at all. I didn't find the service at all rude, and in fact, found the staff to be extremely friendly and courteous.

If your looking for a job, this is not the place... They only pay you about 25% on services, tax you on credit card tips, high cost on health insurance, make you pay for your own uniforms and business cards and owe employee's money still from the fire they had a long time ago. I could go on for day's. DO NOT WORK THERE.....

Having been a client of Imperial salon and spa since 1997,I have seen it grow from several employees to its current location and over 50 in staff!The services,staff and facility are world class.Keep up the good work. What a great asset to our community!

My mother and I went in for pedi's back in May. The girl(a blonde, think her name started with an S)was friendly,professional. She got us each a glass of wine and chatted with us as she worked. I have very dry heels and never been 100% satisfied when i've had previous pedicures. When she was done my feet had never felt softer. I didn't catch the brand of polish she used but it lasted for weeks without a chip. The spa itself was quiet,peaceful and I loved the decorations. Upon checking out the woman at the front desk inquired if we were satisfied(we were) and was very friendly. I live in GA but next time I visit i'll be taking mom & I back.

i first went to imperial salon and spa on a gift certificate a good friend gave me. it was highly recommended and rightly so. my expectations were exceeded!i have been a client ever since for my hair and nails.the spa is second to none and the massage therapists are wonderful.if i can recommend anything, it truley is imperial, thanks.
