Imperial Salon & Spa, Melbourne

I booked a day with my mother - massage, facial, manicure - it was a package deal at the time. We wanted to spend some quality time together getting pampered. The professionals were good, the facial was great, and the massage was wonderful. However, once we got in, my mother and I never saw each other again. We were escorted quickly from one treatment to the next and never got a chance to talk or drink wine or just "chat" in the waiting room between services. It was a disappointing day for both of us (we spent a lot of money to get all of those treatments!) and we are not likely to schedule a "mother / daughter" day there again. Other places are more considerate about scheduling and more accommodating of a group. It is good spa if a solitary person wants just a treatment or two and has limited time. It has a lovely interior.

i took a chance and called imperial salon and spa on this saturday and ended up with a stylist named SAMANTHA she was great!!!! She looked so young and and trandy i didnt think she would know what i was asking for (im a middle aged women that wanted something easy and young I WANT 5 MIN HAIR) it was better then i wanted. SHES GREAT!!!

I decided to go to Imperial Salon and Spa after looking up some information online about salons here in melbourne.. I called and made a appointment based on my hair color and who best would fit me (( as the lady on the phone suggested from her knowledge )) I went in on a Friday morning i believe and had Tiffany she was amazing and right when she saw me she knew exactly what I needed.. I have gone to her for about 4 months now and am very satisfied .. I went on a vacation to Germany for 5 weeks and had to get my hair done there and there was no comparing her to the "stylist" i had in germany.. I was crawling back to her .. Very thankful and very warm staff as well.. would recommend Imperial as your salon and Tiffany as your stylist..

I recently move to Melbourne with my husband in February and had been trying desperately to find a good hairstylist. I found Imperial online, and after being recommended to Michael when I called, I booked my appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable, and listened to my needs. Plus he did a great shampoo =). The atmosphere was friendly, and after the amazing results I feel it was money well spent. It's been a week and my hair falls perfectly into place each morning!! Definitely choose imperial for your next hair appointment.

I've been in the area and looking for a good hairstylist for almost 5 years. After many disappointing experiences I finally found Nikki through a co-worker of mine. I have never been so happy and am so grateful to have finally have found someone who listens to me and can deliver a fantastic cut and color. I also have to say that the front desk staff is always warm and inviting. Please make your day and visit Imperial Salon and Spa.

Had a package scheduled for this morning - had a wonderful day! I'll be going back in 4 weeks and CANNOT wait to get there again. Definitely visit this spa!

My visit was wonderful. The young lady that did my pedicure said she has worked there for 9 years and loves it. The gal at the front desk spent 20 minutes with me trying to figure out the best way to save me money! I got amazing discounts and was thrilled even though I would have gladly paid full price. I don't have alot of money so I am grateful because now I can go back!

I would recommend Imperial to anyone! They have the best providers and staff around! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to please everyone who comes in the door. All the staff, providers included, make their clients feel like a member of a huge, close knit family! I love it there and would never dream of leaving! Just as an example, I was bringing in myself and some girlfriends for some spa services. Unfortunately, we were 20 minutes late showing up for our spa day, but the front desk staff were excellent in rearranging our days so that everyone in my group would get all our servies for the original time lengths. All in all I was amazed at how hard everyone worked to ensure my party had a wonderful experience even though we were running late. I would tell anyone this is the place to go if you want superb service!

I just went there today and had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Amanda. She was wonderful and the place is beautiful. I will definitely be going back.

Imperial Salon and Spa is great! The people are nice and helpful. There services are amazing. I would never change spas. Its an excellent relaxing experience.
