went to the art show in Eau Gallie last weekend and wandered in to this great shop. They have the greatest Christmas displays and lots of cute stuff for gifts . I was looking for something for a friend that is very difficult to shop for and I found 3 choices in a matter of minutes that would be perfect. Really worth checking out !
I have been using this florist for years and I couldn't be happier with the individual attention that is delivered for my rather esoteric tastes....what I didn't realize until recently was that the building is haunted and this has been confirmed by a group of paranormal investigators in Melbourne!
This certainly explains that weird and wonderful feeling that I get when I'm there placing my specific arrangement needs.
Order floral arrangment on the phone from an online arrangement.
The florist changed the container and made the arrangement looked like they were stuffed in the pot. I made them change the container but got less flowers out of the deal and we requested a deluxe set of flowers. Disappointed and the person receiving the flowers commented on the limited amount of flowers
I went online to choose an arrangement from FTP but didn't find anything i really liked. I went to Link's store and found a beautiful arrangement right away. And the price was reasonable. I was very satisfied.
I ordered pink roses for my daughter's dance recital and they ended up selling my husband red ones. They were dishonest in that they said they told me on the phone that they did not have pink and when I asked for a partial refund the owner refused and hung up on me...very unprofessional!
I chose eau gallie florist for my now cancelled wedding ceremony because I thought this was an honorable business. It began w/ talking w/ Link about my flowers for a simple wedding in March of this year. It seemed rather expensive, but Link seemed to have similar vision for my tastes. Asked for 50% downpayment. I made the order in September of 2009. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel the wedding. I called, emailed, left messages from December 2009 until finally reaching him on the telephone two weeks ago. I explained the situation, he stated he had received my messages and emails, but had been out of town. He stated he would send me the money. I did not receive it. I went down to the store today to obtain my refund check of 374.00. He was reluctant, stating that he give up business. I gave him three months notice, all other vendors have graciously refunded money with the same amount of notice. After a very negative discussion, the most he would refund is 250 dollars. Totally not good business. He has now lost any further business from me and I am our over 100 dollars.
I ordered pink tulips for my wife on their website. She ended up getting mixed tulips with a different vase than the one shown online and the arrangement looked like crap! I called twice and was told that someone would call me back, but they never did. Would never go back.
I live in Michigan, and Mother is in Melbourne. I have ordered from Eau Gallie Florist many many times and Mother has been over joyed each and every time. Simply beautiful arrangements. It's cute, she takes a picture of the flowers and sends to me. She's right they are beautiful.
