Skin Deep Laser Med Spa, Pasadena

This is a beautiful place, the staff is professional, the work demonstrates great results. It is easy to get and appointment and someone answers the phone almost always. I left American Laser just around the corner and will NEVER go back there. I am actually spending less money at Skin Deep because they do the job correctly the first time.

I loved this spa unfortunately everyone who use to work there is now gone and the new nurse is very pushy I felt trapped as she was injecting my face and pushing things she thought i needed. I later learned she gets incentives for things she sells

I heard about skin deep from a neighbor who couldnt stop talking about this place so I decided to try it. I have always taken good care of my skin, I get monthly facials and always wear sunscreen, so I thought I was doing all i could do to keep my skin healthy. They start with a free consultation, go over everything i've ever done for my skin or used on my skin. They were amazing I did not know as much as i thought. Heather at the front desk was very professional and the nurse, L.P., informative without being pushy. She seemed genuinely interested. They keep up with the latest fillers, lasers and techniques. My skin looks great. Natural, not that shiny pulled plastic look. I have sent my mom to see her now!

From the moment I stepped foot in skin deep I felt at ease. The receptionist was extremely warm and welcoming, offering me something to drink right away. The nurse was thorough and gentle, and listened to what I wanted. Best injection I have ever had! I will definately be back.
