We tried this establishment shortly after it opened... threw the take-out away (my kids wouldn't even eat it). Tried it again New Years Eve, only a slight improvement from horribly bad to extremely bad. Go elsewhere.
I Love love love Mango Grill! The ride out there from my house is just over 30 minutes but its so worth it. Very classy with soft jazz music. The presentation of the food is great....Hands down best Chinese food Ive had.
Based on the food alone, this restaurant earns 4 to 4.5 stars, but add the ambiance into the equation and it probably deserves to be bumped up to 5 stars. The food is above average, the decor modern, the atmosphere trendy, and the lighting dim. Liquor license.
As the name suggests, Mango grill is the place to experience lots of grill dishes with exotic Asian flavors and sweet mango. Its cozy atmosphere and modern decor makes it the perfect place to enjoy authentic Chinese dishes in all occasions. Dishes are expertly prepared, and service is prompt and attentive.
I have been going there with friends and family almost every month since they open.
This is an interesting place that has a hard time choosing between going dine inside the classy asian restaurant or upstair awesome feel lounge. The food itself is superb, though a little pricey, and the ambience emanates sophistication and sleek modernism.
One of the unforgetable dine in experience with this restaurant. We went there on valentine day, it was pack with people. Fortunately, they found us a bar table. :)
Starting with drinks, mango daiquiry, pina colada are good here, I ordered a Corona for myself! And a Grant Mai Tai for the lady. For appertizer, Chicken Finger is a must! Crab ragoon is another appertizer is good too! Then here come the main entree, personally, I like the Garlic Steam Sea-Bass, Crispy Mango Shrimp and Pineapple Shrimp, but if you don't like seafood, then, Spicy Basil Chicken, Crispy Mango Chicken, and Plum Duckare very good, delightful choices too. If you like lo mein person, do not forget to try the Spicy Basil Lo Mein. And the Pineapple Fried Rice is also a must-try-FR. After all this main entree, if you feel like to have some desert, they provide pretty good desert here. The Coppe Cafe ice cream is good, as well as the Exotic Bomba.
Services are good, waiters are very helpful here. They are pretty polite and thoughful. Atmosphere here are very good for dine in. Dim light, smooth music, booth seat. It is definitely a good place for a couple to hang out.
The food is absolutely divine! The plum duck and crispy mango chicken are to die for. We also tried the garlic steamed shrimp and their Thai curry....everything tasted fresh and delicious. The drinks are also unbelievable, their signature grand mai tai is one of the best I have ever tried. The waitstaffs are helpful and friendly...you don't have to ask for refills of soda (they bring it to you without asking)! Their dessert menu offers great variety of cakes, sorbets, and gelatos (which is so different from the usual Asian restaurants), my personal favorite is the exotic bomba. The decor and atomosphere are soothing and comfortable. They also have a lounge upstairs which has two big screen TVs and a pool table.....overall a great value and definitely a place worth trying!
