Acuario Interactivo, Cancun

Swimming with the dolphins was wonderful - unforgettable. Loved the shark exhibit! This was a very pleasant half-day!

The aquarium is in a wonderfull mall which in and of itself is worth seeing. The aquarium is small but very nice and very well kept. Being able to touch the sharks was a thrill for our 2 boys! Between the mall and the aquarium it is well worth spending 1/2 a day there. Grab a bite to eat at one of the lagoon side restaurants and take a motorboat tour of the lagoon from there. Some of the restaurants have kids clubs - so while you are waiting for the food to arrive the kids are entertained!

The aquarium was beautiful but rather small. You can do the whole aquarium in a half an hour. I did like you could touch the sharks and other marine life. The exibits were nicely done. It is expensive to swim with the sharks and dolphins. Otherwise it was a nice way to spend some time indoors.

It was so lame, and the workers weren't in a good mood at all! I would not recommend this attraction to anyone, unless you are really bored and desperate.

Feeding the sharks was really cool and exciting. We didn't swim with the dolphins because they were all booked. It looked like fun though. The male workers tend to stare and whistle at female guests. The guy running the shark thing actually hit on my wife (we were on our honeymoon)
