Carlos and Charlie's, Cancun

The food was okay, the atmosphere party, party,. party,. great if you're 18. The drinks are VERY expensive - our meal was free from our hotel and our bill for two of us was $56. We each had two drinks! Okay for once, but once is enough!

This place tries too hard. A few gags and some jokes are one thing, but the non-stop pranks, and juvinile acts are too much for this 40 year old. The food was good, but I'll stick with Pat O's. This was the first time here in over 10 years of Cancun trips, so we have seen a lot. I would say it's worth a visit, and then make your own call. We had fun just the same.

We received a "free" dinner to Carlos and Charlie's to find average food, $14 margarittas, and a $34 bill for a free dinner (we had 2 margarittas). Honestly, you can get better food, cheaper, with $5 larger margarittas anywhere else. I would not suggest this to anyone, it's like a Mexican food version of Chillis. You leave there thinking it was ok, but not priced correctly. In Mexico you usually get amazing food cheaper, here it's average for way more. This was our only bad experience the whole trip.

Service went from friendly, courteous and funny to just leering after females. Have been visiting Cancun for last 16 years. This restaurant will not see any more of my business.

Where do I begin??? We went in just to have a drink and ended up closing the bar 2 nights in a row just this past weekend (4/29 & 4/30) The 4 of us are from New Jersey and were having our first "girls" weekend away and we couldn't have picked a better place to hang out. The staff was awesomely fun and their ability to get the crowd going was impressive. The second night we came in, you would've thought we owned the place. Everyone remembered us and couldn't wait to start having a good time. We exchanged e-mail addresses with a few of the waiters and I'm sure we'll stay in touch for our next visit to Mexico.

I loved it!! I had a great time with my cousin and the workers there!! I hope to come back soon and see all the workers there again!!

I really enjoyed it because it was fun and relaxing. I would recommend this restauraunt to my friends.

I really liked how up beat and fun the environment was. The staff was wonderful and great to be around. Great place for kids to adults. Good food and great drinks. Over all our favorite place in Cancun.
