Table on Saturday, October 20, 2012 was an unmitigated disaster. The kitchen was filthy with a huge pot of stock sitting *on the floor* next to the sink. A roasted chicken was sitting out for 3 hours with no refrigeration, no heating. The food was lousy - the menu made my sandwich sound great, but what I got was two slices of wonder bread soaked in margarine, three pieces of bacon, gloopy cheese (origin unknown), and three slices of granny smith apple. I make better at home, and don t pay $9 for it. Apparently, their internet was down, but there was no sign, no warning on the front door (and not one when we left, by the way), and we were told *after* the food was delivered...no internet meant no credit card billing. We were told it would be slow - took an hour of frustration before we went to the bank to get cash. The following Monday, the credit card was charged for the cost of the meal, AND a THIRTY PERCENT tip. Ludicrous. The owner did apologize and has reversed the charges, but this never should have happened to begin with. Never, never, never again will we eat at table. Shoddy and small menu, unclean kitchen with poor sanitation, surly staff, and poorly executed service. Find somewhere else to eat!
