All of the menu items are cooked with consistent high quality. This particular Chili's gets very busy around weekends and holidays, and sometimes the place will be packed on a regular weeknight! Service is sometimes good, sometimes so-so, never exemplary. Wait times for a table can be over 30 minutes on busy nights, but you can just sit in the bar without waiting if you can find an open seat and don't mind the noise. Prices are a little high if you're on a budget: about $12-$18 a person.
It was my first trip to chilli's today for my birthday. i was really impressed. they had great service, great food and great drinks. had the babyback ribs and they were amazing! perfectly seasoned and everything. great margaritas as well.
had the sunrise(or something) i kinda forgot the name but it was great and well priced. since it was my birthday, all the servers came and sang me their rendition of happy birthday and gave me a complimentary chocolate shake. but all in all i would have to say that my first experience with Chili's was excellent and i plan to return sometime in the future and i reccomend that you do the same
Didn't want to give Chili's 5 stars, but it rates 4.5. It's a chain, of course, and one that keeps its standards high both in food quality and service. The Hemet restaurant is very well run and a very desirable place to go. The only thing it lacks is ambiance. It is a little too much like Denny's in that regard. I often overlook that because of the quality food and service at a reasonable price.
USUALLY FOR B-DAY PARTIES WE GO TO A RESTAURANT AND WE ARE ABOUT 25-30 PEOPLE AND WE LIKE TO BE BILLED SEPARATELY AND HERE THEY DO IT WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE AND THE BRING THE FOOD OUT FAST! WE LOVE IT HERE!
