Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches, Auburn Hills

Lousy service every time I ve been here. I ve heard it said that it s tailored to the lunch rush crowd, and it shows; the employees could care less about what you say, probably because they can t hear over the loud music. The few times I ve been in there, the service has been crap and they ve gotten my orders wrong (no Turkey on my Bootlegger Club, no Mayo on my Beach Club, giving me a Sub Bun when I asked for normal Bread, etc.), and they don t even care when you point this out. Even the Manager, Eric, will just blow you off. To top it off, their bread has been stale every time I ve ordered there. Word of advice: DO NOT GO HERE. Order from the other one across town, so you don t have to put up with the lousy service and food preparation here!

I love jimmy johns... this place is slipping though. They are very fast and always staffed accordingly to buisness. Its run well by managment and its usually clean. They need to use better judgement in hiring people. Lately, ive been getting slight issues from thier newbies and i see it growing. I hope they keep up the good work and best of luck to them all.

There slogan is Freaky Fresh & Freaky Fast, and I have to say they do live up to there word. It's got a hip younger croud atmosphere with strange signs on the walls and semi loud rock music playing. The food has always tasted great. I can see how some Meat and Potato eaters might feel less enthusiastic. The subs are not huge but they are good and for $5.00 (or so) well worth the price. I've spent over $7.00 at Quiznos or Cottage Inn.

For amusement, order a sandwich with avacodo and peek inside (its a micro thin layer of spread) I asked the manager about it and he could of cared less. This place deserves to go out of business. I'd avoid it at all costs.
