Every time i have been here the host is rude and at times outright hostile. I also had an experience where a waitress shorted me a lot of money when giving me change and simply smiled when i caught it.
The food is fresh, good and plentiful and well-stocked, but the manager as a very bad attitude towards repeat customers. I have been there several times only because it is geographical convenient to where i have to go but the owner is downright hostile at times. If there were another buffet, even of inferior quality nearby i would go there instead. In addition they have a loyalty card and when i bought 2 lunches they only punched it once. Another time i arrived 1/2 before the lunch session ended and they would only serve me if i paid the dinner rate, $5 more. I have always left decent tips and never given the servers a hard time.I do not think the owner cares about customers and this manager should not be in business.
