Hawaiian BBQ, El Segundo

I've tried other L and L Barbecue's and they were very good. I'm from Hawaii and the food in El Segundo is far from the real thing. The bbq teriyaki beef was tough and not tasty at all. The Lau lau was dried out.The kalua pork was flat and had no kalua taste. The food was good the first time I ate there in 2006 but it has been getting progressively worse and inconsistent and I've made up my mind to quit going there altogether. Some of my haole (white) friends say it's OK. I don't like rolling the dice for my food...........good sometime, bad sometime.
