Aroma Restaurant, Los Angeles

I have gone to Aroma no less than 10-13 times and each time the food has been exceptional. In reading the other reviews, I was shocked to read the bad experience the reviewer had because they have been very attentive. The Osso Buco is fantastic and their seafood is to die for. They have exceptional pasta dishes and their salads are great! Actually, I think I may go again tonight. Ask for the special of the night and the waiter will not lead you wrong. I most definitely rate is as exceptional.

Diamond in a rough! The chef tasting dinner menu is divine. Very resonable price for such great quality of food. Chef Edin and staff are so passionate about what they do, their love of food shown in every dishes. It's always great to order specials of the day, sometimes it's fish, sometimes it's pasta. Their soup of the day is great, too! It's always fun and good for your soul.

I went to this restaurant and it was around 4pm. I admit it was pretty busy. The hostess didnt realize we were waiting for a table until I came up to her and said we need a table, she told me to hold on and finished her conversation on her cellphone. (problem #1) We got seated and waited for a server for approxiamtely 10 minutes. who came buy and asked if we wanted something to drink. We gave him the entire order right away. Which included drinks, main course and desert. In 20 minutes my wife said whats taking so long and asked the hostess to call our waiter, when the waiter came by he apologized and said he forgot to put our order in, and said he will prioritize for ours to be next. We waited for 15 minutes and hostess came up and asked what we ordered came back and said our waiter never put the order in and went to break. My wife and I were furious at this point, we said no thank you and left. Terrible service and terrible waiters. I'm never going here again.
