We live in Oklahoma and when we come to visit my sister in Santa Fe this is the first place we go. They have a dish that comes either in lasagna style or alfredo and it has finely chopped green chilis and it is TO DIE FOR!!!!!! It is hands down the most incredible pasta dish in the universe. My sister recently visited me and when I picked her up at the airport I was hoping she had a to go box with her, oh well she did not. We will be there for Christmas and will go get our favorite and who knows maybe the chef will let go of the recipe.
