Cafe Green, Albuquerque

A friend and I went to have lunch at cafe green and were asked to leave. We had just recieved an order of sweet potato fries and the "manager" comes over and asks us if we were going to order dessert. We said no, especially since we had just recieved an order of fries. I should mention I had just eaten one as she walked up. She asks if we could leave because there were people waiting. what?????? I have never been treated like that at any establishment. We did not recieve an apology and she stated she had asked others to leave as well. Again, what??? First of all you never ask your paying customers to leave and secondly she did not ask anyone else. This is the second time in less than a week we had been there. Suffice to say we will never be back!! There should be a negative star review as this was the worst experience EVER, worse than the time a small roach ran across the table. lol I have called and left a message and receieved no response and the "manager" answered when my friend called. ETA: I called again and got the same alleged "manager" and the owner still did not answer and she did not take a message. VERY BAD Customer service!! Suggestion: maybe extend your hours or if Customer's want to eat there..get there early. But do not throw your customer's out. I'd rather eat where the roach ran across the table...at least they don't throw you out!!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. I have dined both breakfast and lunch meals. All were fresh and professionally presented. One of the best in Albuquerque.
