Noodles Ranch is freakin awesome. Always fresh, never greasy. Whether you keep it simple or get yourself some pho chocked full of everything you can t go wrong. Do yourself a favor and skip the usual chinese food joint to stop by here.

FANTASTIC! This is one of my favorite places to eat!! I never go to scottsdale, but this is one of the only reasons to drive there! Delicious and Authentic, Perfectly cooked and prepared, the chef and the staff are truly on top of their game. The Chef andre is truly talented with all of his dishes, and the management is friendly and courteous~ I love a place where the chef himself greets you, sits you down, and takes your order...that is old-school and I just love it! My favorite dish is the chicken bun (not a bun! its called bun) and the spring rolls are flawless! Minty and wonderful. The Jasmine tea is the best tea I've ever had, no joke! I had to buy some jasmine tea at the store afterwards to try and copy that taste! I just love it here, I will keep coming here until the cows come home. nice people, great food, and very reasonable prices...you can easily fill up 2 people with drinks and dessert for 25 dollars or less...gotta love that in this day in age! If your ever in scottsdale and want some great vietnamese, this is the place to stop! Most vietnamese restaurants are in Chandler or Old-Mesa, so its nice to have another side of town with a really GOOD vietnamese restaurant. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Noodles Ranch is a family run Vietnamese restaurant which also offers a bit of Thai/Chinese food to round out the menu. Prices are very reasonable and quite cheap compared to many other Asian restaurants. The selection of dishes is great and has plenty of vegetarian options, as well as lots of healthy specials. The Spicy Beef salad would be my personal suggestion. The service has never been other then excellent whenever I've dined there. Overall I'd wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try!

This is a hidden gem. The Restaurant ambiance is relaxing, fresh, and clean. The service is friendly and fast. I never had to ask and/or wait for anything.The food is fantastic!! I can eat at the Noodle Ranch every day. The Pho house special is perfect combination of everything you could ask for in a soup. The seafood one is good as well, but slightly skimpy on the seafood. The Fusion ginger lemonade is a wonderful refreshing combination. Can't go wrong with anything you choose.
