HVE U BEEN 2 THIS PLACE 2 EAT IN THE PAST YEAR? IM TRYING 2 FIND A CERTAIN RESTURANT MY FRIEND OWNS IN EDMOND BUT IM UNABLE 2 PERSONALLY LOOK IN EDMOND CAUSE IM OVERSEAS. VERY IMPORTANT I LOCATE THIS THAI TYPE PLACE
It is unusual to find a resturant of this quality and service in a strip mall in Suburbia. The resturant is a wonderful exception in Edmond to all the fast food places that live on evey corner. The freshness and quality of the Ingredients are apparent. No mater what you choose from the menu, you’ll find a mixture of both subtle tastes and textures, and the spicy “bite” you expect from any good Thai food. I only hope they stay in business and continue to serve the essence of casual Thai cuisine
Good food and GREAT service! Some of the nicest people work here. It's relatively inexpensive compared to some of the other Thai places around here and the food is just as good. I've had their curry and several of the noodle dishes. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat Thai food in the area
This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have eaten at! Do not be fooled by how it looks like on the outside because once you step inside you will see how cozy it is and how friendly the staff are. Their curries and Pad Thai are the best I have ever tasted. A little more work needs to be done on the appetizers however, but also very tasty. If you like spicy, make sure you request something above their scale of 1 to 3 stars because even 3 stars was not as spicy. Definitely the best place in Edmond and OKC to eat Thai food!
This is the best restaurant in Edmond. It is elegant yet simple. The food is amazing! They let you choose the spice level (1 star, 2 star, (the higher, the spicier)) for your foods. They give you great portions for your money, if you don't eat too much, expect to take leftovers that will last you a couple of days. The best part is that they are quick, making take out great, but still wonderful.
For the best Thai food in OKC, I visit Thai House. For the best Thai food in Edmond, I visit Lemongrass. It's as simple as that.
Formerly known as Thai Basil, Lemongrass is among the best of the best for Thai food in the Edmond community. The interiors are decorated nicely for a quiet and calming atmosphere. The service is passable.. nothing too amazing nor too problematic. The staff succeeds at being courteous and as prompt as possible with your food.
My girlfriend and I typically frequent Lemongrass during their lunch hours served from 11 am - 2:30 pm (Mondays - Fridays). For a great deal of $5.99, you received a sizable portion of typical Thai favorites ranging from Pad Thai, Pad Basil and Pad Kee Mao to curry favorites like Panang Curry, and my personal favorite Yellow Curry. For a dollar more at $6.99, all combinations come with a decent portion of jasmine rice and veggie pad thai in addition to an entree of your choice! They are also very customizable with your food's level of spiciness! My girlfriend who is typically a picky eater (lover of mac n' cheese and chicken tenders) cannot get enough or their Pad Thai which helps me out a lot since I love eating various ethnic foods! My personal dessert favorite is the sticky rice with mango.
Lemongrass offers an amazing value for the price. If you are expanding your food horizons and you are about to try Thai food for the very first time, I HIGHLY recommend the Pad Thai. Let me know what you think!
This place was soooo good! I am from Houston and didn't think anyone could do better than Thai Cottage, but this place was just as good. The green curry was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend loved the red curry. The service was wonderful and the interior was elegant. I hope to go back again before we leave. This is pretty much the only place that I can eat at in Edmond that is Thai and vegetarian!! I'd hate to come back later this year and see them gone so support their business. Its a delicious place, if you like spicy food (Mexican/Indian) give it a try!
