Yum yum yum, is all I need to say for this place. The service is great, the food is wonderful, and the decor is beautiful. CHANG'S CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS to die for I could have eaten only this and been extremely pleased, but I also had their lo mein and some crispy honey chicken and soooo flippin' great. Love this place, another good place for a romantic evening. Definitely will go back to this place again.
My family visited this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday night. It was crowded. We had to wait 30-45min. Not impressed once got inside the restaurant. Was even more disappointed with the food. My daughter fried rice tasted like rice soaked in soy sauce. My broccolie with beef was not so bad, but it serve with one bowl of rice. ONE bowl. My sons had madarin chicken...it did not taste good either.....too much vinegar taste and smell. And the waiter, he asked if my children would like their soda refill, they all said yes, please. Refill never happened. We told ourself not to come back ever.
If you like the food at this restaurant, you really don't know anything about good Chinese food. I'm surprised and disappointed that a place with food like this can stay in business. It is all ambiance with really bad food. The dishes aren't even remotely authentic, and often don't even resemble what they are supposed to be. They all taste pretty much the same, since they are mostly just doused with soy sauce.
I myself am a server and am good at what I do. I came on here to tell all the people who have nothing else better to do but complain to stop complaining. People dont understand that when you go to make a small complaint to a manager about how your drink wasnt full or whatever it may be, that you are risking someones job because you like to suck down your drink like 5 year olds. The world has fallen on hard times and everyone needs jobs. So people think about it before you complain about something so small so that you can get a free meal. You dont know what is going on in your servers life that maybe it was a bad day for them or just that they were really busy. And everyone stop being cheap. 20% is the tip rate. Don't say we were the best server you had then tip 10%. We have bills too. Go to Mcdonalds if you don't want to tip. Im sure you get paid at your job. We provide you with a wonderful meal and night of you having to do nothing. So dont forget your server. I had to get this off my chest. I work on the strip in Las Vegas and you wouldnt believe how cheap people can be, especially you foreigners. You know how much to tip so dont act like you dont. Thank you for reading this. Enjoy your day.
Consistent food and really slow service.
A group from work went to have lunch and we were late for our reservation, so the host made sure to point that out. She then directed someone to set up our table since there were no place settings. The resturant was comletely empty at this time.
The appetizers were good and were alos whisked away before we were finished. A long time later our main dishes arrived. It was hard to get our server's attention since he seemed to enjoy chatting with the hosts. We finally got his attention and asked if we could order dessert and get our checks since we were running late. He proceeded to slowy clean our table while we waited.
I don't think this place is really worth the hype, but it's consistent in terms of quality.
I wold avoid it if you are doing a quick business lunch since alerting the server will do you no good.
I absolutely love PF Chang's! I get the lettuce wraps every single time I go! They have really good dessert too, their newest one, the lucky 8 is soo tasty! Order it with ice cream, it's amazing. I'm a big tea fan and I even love their tea! It's pretty cheap for a pot, I definitely recommend it.
I can't believe I had a lettuce wrap!! Here I thought Lettuce wraps were just for vegetarians. This had chicken and other yummy stuff in them. They were delicious!! Can't wait to go back again and have lunch.
