I have eaten here before, but it has been at least 2 years. While the last time I believe was a good experience. Tonight left a lot to be desired. The service was good, but the food was bland, and dry. I ordered the wood fired halibut, my spouse, the steelhead. Both were oddly tasteless, and my halibut was very dry. If not for the penne pasta that was served with my dish, this fish would have been intolerable. The mixture of the two is the only thing that made it edible. I know this restaurant chain is struggling financially. And if this is why, their food quality going down, it speaks to their predicament.
