Pho Hoai Restaurant, Beaverton

I called an in an order of #1 Pho to go, and it was ready for me to pick up when I got there. I live about a mile away so the preparation was fast. When I got home though, the soup seemed to be missing some ingredients. Usually when you order a #1 you get all kinds of assorted meats (tripe, meatballs, etc.), but mine only contained some sliced beef. Now I don't know if they have a different style of menu ( I didn't look at it) than other Pho places, or whether they messed up my order. What I did get was good though, the broth was rich and flavorful. Noodles were cooked just right. Condiments seemed very fresh. Price was comparable to other Pho restaurants in the area.
