Outback Steakhouse, Kapolei

If you want a good steak this is always a good place to go. If you don't want to spend $25/steak then head somewhere else. Beef is always expensive on the island but this was a little higher. Chicken and seafood are of course more reasonable. All in all a good restaurant just a little pricey.

The most popular restaurant in Kapolei, Hawaii's second city, kind of pathetic considering Kapolei is supposed to be the future of Oahu. It's small and seating is limited so if you just go there you could be waiting for a long time. They don't take resers, but they will put you on the waiting list over the phone which could reduce your wait time 30 minutes or so. Well its not bad if you have the need to be waited on. The food is alright and there is a bar. Outback is a franchise out of Tampa, FL. Nothing Aussie about it.

excellent - standard Outback fare - bar staff is great and there are alot of locals that hang for happy hour

Like I said the food is awesome but you pay so much and wait a long time for service. Best to sit barside if you want your food fast.

Shelf Bracket?.. yeah right.... Are you sure it wasn't the PLATE under your salad? My wife and I live in Kapolei for years and Outback has been always good. We don't eat there often because it is expensive. Good steak and good service.. but pricey.
