5 of us ate at cheesecake on arden we had appetizers, dinner all of us ordered different food. It was outstanding. Service was great. Desert was great. We even asked for more bread to take home. All of us took boxes home. I forgot my take home and went back to the table she was holding my box waiting for me and 2 guys were cleaning the table. I will go back again and the rest of the family have been there before my trip. The menu has something for everyone.

Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and lack of business common sense. I am having heart surgery and 30 of my friends wanted to get together prior to the event. So I called to schedule for a party of 30 on a Tuesday night. The GM Chris Magrall told me they would not do a reservation after 5:30 pm, I said who wants one before? I said so you are telling me you dont want a large group that is going to spend money, he said oh you can come and wait in line and be seated but we cant guarantee you will be together or how long you will have to wait. I have gone there for years and everything is in decline but I liked the environment. In the economic situation we are in, I can not believe they chose to turn away my business. I can tell you I will never go there again. I truly hope they do not survive this economy. They are not accommodating and made no suggestions, so I have had to go elsewhere. I am truly disappointed with the Arden Fair Cheesecake Factory.

This was my first time at any cheesecake factory, I had always heard they were way overpriced and gave small portions.... not worth your money. I went in with a very large group of fellow co workers for a christmas party lunch. The rumors that i had been hearing could not have been more wrong. The staff was wonderful, fast, curtious, and couldnt do enough to make our lunch experience any better. Every where i looked down the tables that we sat at, ALL the food looked wonderful and hugh portions! I cant wait to go back with just my husband and myself again. The menu was great, so many wonderful choices! i will definitly be returning.. Thanks to all the staff at the Cheesecake factory

Kind of pricey. Drinks way over the top. As we were enjoying our bread, a two inch long cockroach ran accross the table. Scooped and quietly handed it to the manager who went to the back and returned saying it was really no big deal. Blamed it on the weather. No comp on our bill. It was our first time there. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!

I bought my grandaughter to your restaurant for lunch. It was wonderful!!! I received information on my receipt to do a survey and receive #10.00 gift card. I have visited the web site as directed and there is no place to do a survey. You can only wirte a reivew or obtain a ticket. Please infor me about what to do. Sincerely, Dolores

I had heard about this restaurant for years and years. Everybody telling me how AWESOME it was. Well, I did some work for a friend and she took me out to eat at this place for my Thank You. OMG! It was horrific! The waitress sat us at a messy table. Then she didnt show up for like 20 minutes, and when she did, she just handed us menus and disappeared! We didnt get to order drinks or anything. We sat there for about 30 more minutes waiting for her to show back up....when she finally did, we made our order. We waited for 45 minutes for our order, while ALL the other people that came in AFTER us at nearby tables ALL got thier orders!!! When we FINALLY got our food....as soon as the plates hit the table she disappeared without a word! I couldnt even eat my food, the fried fish was FROZEN on the inside, and the cole slaw was HOT. My friend had the steak, and she couldnt even eat it! The only thing edible on her plate was the potatoes. After another 45 minutes, the waitress came back and my friend told her she wanted the check NOW....we werent waiting another 45 minutes for the waitress to decide if she was coming back or not. The waitress never even apologized or told us why she was ignoring us. This apparently AWESOME place is AWESOMELY dispicable!

We had eaten at the Cheesecake factory on Arden several times for lunches and brunches. Therefore, on Halloween, my husband, son and I decided to try it for dinner. It was the worst meal and the worst experience that any of us had ever had. We were seated and ordered cocktails to begin. We asked the server not to serve the meal until we had finished our cocktails. However, she put the order in right away and then left the food in the warmer for over one half hour. The result was dry fish that tasted like cardboard. We complained to the server and manager. They offered desert to make up for it, however, when the bill came, it was for only one person and not three. The meal was quite pricy for really terrible food and service. Neither the server or manager really seemed to care about customer service. Neither my husband, my son or I will ever eat there again. We rate it actually a minus 5.

I am a cheesecake factory regular for many years thru out northern and southern california locations. today was the second time i have been severely disappointed in my visits to this outlet. the service was lackluster, the food (lunch items) were both not done as ordered or poorly executed. the manager when informed was apologetic and comped the meal ( there where 6 of us), didn't seem very professional. After apologizing for the poor service, the waitress after repeated requests for our food, while others around that were seated after we arrived received theres, finally admitted she forgot to turn in our order after 45 min of waiting. she also forgot to bring the bread and butter claiming that other waiters were taking it before she could. the manager upon hearing of our problem apologized but complained to us of not liking to comp such a large bill. the food was finally just boxed up and we took it to go as we had to return to work. This is the second time i have had slow poor service at this location over the past 3 months. while other cheesecake locations seem fine I will probably go to other restuarants for lunch in this area.

First off I would like to state I have enjoyed Cheesecake factory in other locations before, and I do love the cheesecake, however this location is another story. I made the mistake of going again tonite, against my other halfs suggestion, however I wanted to give them one more chance and as it turned out this time made the third time in a row, in which I was disappointed again.Once again my meal did not come as I ordered it, which should not have been a surpise to me since it has happend 3 times in a row, and when I mentiotned the problem to our waitress, she was appoligetic, however when i got my bill, there was not an adjustment, so I asked for the manager, he finally agreed to make a very small adjustment, then I did state to him that most restaurants when confonted with a disatisfied patron, do try to make ammends, with an adjustment or at least a offering of a free dessert, which they did not do.I also mentioned that I did believe that they might want to consider a better cleaning of the tables before seating a new patron. MY biggest problem with this location is the problem of not getting what you order and when management is apprised of the problem they do not seem to want to make the patron happy nor do they seem to care if they may ever return again, which I certainly will not be ever again.

Tonight I was with my aunt and mom celebrating my mom's birthday. We did not tell the staff either, my mom is rather shy. The service was absolutely perfect, we got seated in a booth, like we wanted right away, never had to wait. Our waitress was a doll!Her name starts with a J. She was one of the nicest waitresses ever. And when she needed to take a well-deserved break, she introduced us to our waiter, D. By that time we had finished our entrees and he helped us choose our deserts, he was spot on! We tipped him as well. The food, Oh My God cannot not comprehend it, it was fabulous! My family loved theirs and I loved mine as well, except my mushrooms were cold on the side of the dish. The salads, I almost licked my plate clean it was so good, wild greens with goat cheese, beets and asparagus is soo delicous. Okay, now I am hungry again! But , nope I will save my leftovers for tomorrw. I had to save some for tomorrow! OH YES! The waitress carded me! I was shocked, what a good person. I do look young but it's been a year and half since I got carded. I recommend everyone go there and have a wonderful, delicious, fun experience. Forgive my spelling errors, this website's lettering was in my way.
