I just ate there for the 3rd time now with my husband and 2 kids. It was only $16 including tax for all 4 of us (we drank water) but the quality and variety are not compromised by the low price. I am an efficiency expert and could not find anything wrong with the place. There were only 4 employees (one bussing tables, one in the kitchen, one working the register and refilling salad items, and the manager who was helping behind the line refilling the pizza bar). They were a well-oiled machine, and all having a good attitude and smiling at customers. Even though they were busy, they were still taking requests from customers for specific kinds of pizza for the buffet, and were asking people if they were finding everything okay. Anyone who has ever worked in food service can appreciate that being nice to all customers isn't always an easy task-the staff at Cici's were upbeat and positive. The food was good and they had many different kinds of pizza, breadsticks and sauce, a sald very similar to Olive Garden's house salad, and 5 different desserts. I tried many different kinds and obeserved that there weren't any kinds that myself or family didn't like. Kudos to them.
