Sonic, Mulberry

my husband & I went to this Sonic 4/7/06 around 8:00 pm because all the other rest.'s around them drive-thrus were so busy there was only 1 car at Sonic & all we wanted was a glass of tea. We waited 10 mins. for the car in front of us to leave (we had ordered) we waited 15 mins. & while waiting we saw a customers order delivered & they had to take it back because it was wrong they fixed it & then the lady had to get out of her car knock on the window for straws! I said let's just leave & he said I'll give them 2 mins. & then we're gone. We left without our order & the people in line behind us left also. We went next door to Zaxby's & was thru the line in 8 mins. with 2 cars ahead of us! We should have known better, there was 4 cars in the Sonic lot & all the other rest. were full! There is a big childrens sports complex right down the road from them! Why is their service so POOR? June
