This is one of the best seafood restaurants in the area. The sea scallops are superb and so are the shrimp and the clams and the oysters. My husband and sons love the baked haddock. We have eaten there many times and have tried almost every seafood item on the menu and it is consistently good. We no longer go to Dixie Crossroads or Corky Belles. The waitresses are pleasant, professional and efficient. And we like the casual atmosphere. You need to try it for yourself and you'll agree with me - your fried food tastebuds will thank you. I forgot to mention the clam chowder - it is out of this world. Try it, you'll like it.
This place was the worst. We had a shrimp basket and a crab cake platter. The crab cakes were cold on the inside, the fries were burnt and unseasoned, the shrimp was overdone. The best part of the meal was when we left.
My family and my self visited BBS,And I am also from cape cod,Pocasset.I had the clam plate and the size for the money was very good,BUT the clams were very small, and the taaddaa sauce had way tomuch pickel, was dry.And don,t order any soda unless it is in the can or bottle discusting! the place is very nice and ok service. My wife had flounder she said it was mushy,I had a filet of it and I liked it.I really like clams so maybe next time I am in cocoa I will give them a second chance on the clams. It is hard to compare new england and maines food here.
I used to live in Massachusetts for many years. We moved down here 5 years ago and I was very happy but got lonesome for my favorite meals. I'm sure you can guess being from New England that it was seafood. We came Boston Beef and Seafood from the coupons the coupons my neighbor got in the paper. We gave it a try and were very pleased with the quality of the food, the size of the portions and of course the service. Please keep up all your great qualities. We are going back tonight and are bringing 6 more people with us.
The owner heard me talking about how much I love lobster and offered me a free lobster sandwich, it was INCREDIBLE and now I go there every Friday for it! they only have it on Friday because the lobster is imported fresh from Maine -
it is hands down the BEST LOBSTER SANDWICH I'VE EVER EVER HAD! you just have to try it, it's to die for!
