Cici's Pizza, Brownwood

We have patronized Cici in Brownwood, Texas for years and have always recieved great service and the personell is very friendly. Food wonderful. Regretfully, at this time, I have to call attention to one thing that is unpleasant. They have stopped providing trays for the patrons. You are expected to go through the buffet style line without a tray trying to carry your drinking glass, your salad, your soup, and then your pizza. This is very awkward if not nearly impossible. I have watched couples with babies and children, handicap persons with canes and walkers, and a lady with a paralized arm and myself who is recovering from shoulder surgery try to get through the very crowded line. If you leave to go put your dish on a table you loose you place in line making it awkward trying to step back in line. I would like to see trays returned.
