Best restaurant in Tampa!
The chef at Pelagia is in a class of his own... the entire meal, from appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. The waitress recommended the Caesar Fondue salad, which was great -- whole romaine lettuce leaves that you dip in a creamy caesar dressing. The sangria was also some of the best I've ever had.
The left side of the menu has Classic items, while the right side is reserved for Seasonal fare. They even included several Torino favorites during the Olympics, since the chef hails from the Torino area of Italy. I had the duck breast, while my wife had the lamb chops. Both were amazing.
I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant. The food was stellar, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was extremely inviting. I'm so glad we tried it... we'll definitely be back!
