It made me use m brain in a complete different way. I didn't think that I could use my brain this way. My friends and I love this place. Everyone had to at least once in their life vist The Wonder Spot.
I thinks its a very nice place to go to. Its a nice break from all the thrilling attractions in dells. Its nice and quite .
The kids will love it . Its like nothing they have ever seen. And its a great place to take pictures !!
The tickets are very cheap, and it is definetly worth the money and time.
I liked it. It's fun to let your imagine go and think, "what if?" The kids LOVE it. Of course, you know the house was intentionally built that way and it's more about illusions than scientific wonder. But the kids think it's fun and they have a blast trying to figure it out! The admission is reasonable and it's been a long time Dells attraction.
One of the most unbelieveable experiences ever!!!!!

My favorite part of the wonder spot was when you try to stand up straight you can't, the chair that stands up in mid air??!!!! with someone sitting in it!!! and at the end the walking up the stairs trick it is amazing.
The MIR Space Station (Tommy Bartlett Robot thingy) is your next best, closest you'll get to experiencing the Wonder Spot within Wisconsin Dells, which is about to be sold so they can pave a road through it.
We have been to the Wonder Spot several times. After the experience you will either be a sceptic or a believer. Either way it's a good value for the money. You should at least visit it once. Weak stomach's beware!!
Short tour for the money. The guide hustled us through. Not enough time to take pictures. This place is about the optical illusion (it has nothing to do with gravity, people!). One should be able to take pictures. Guide wouldn't let us step back to the other room for pix once through even though there were no other tours behind us. She reluctantly let us stand on the stairs for one picture for my 4 yr old daughter. We complained...and with smile and an apolegetic brush-off, they said they only had an allotted time for tours.
...and he would have been proud of the owner of this attraction. Unlike Tommy Bartlett who always worked way too hard for your buck, this guy's got it right. These "amazing" field distortions seem to come and go around many regional tourist areas, often getting weaker when the tourist economy gets weaker. Of course, I can't really comment on the other reviewers tastes as I really liked Coney Island, and the Atlantic City Boardwalk!
I will say that if you want to see this kind of thing, make an afternoon or even a day of it, spend the extra bucks and drive down to Baraboo and see the Original "there's a sucker born every..." I mean... "Greatest Show on Earth!" You won't be disappointed, and even old Al Ringling might crack a smile.
I went to this as a child with my family and as an adult I thought it must of been a scam and it was only because I was a child did I believe in it all. Last year my husband and I brought our 3 daughters and now I am a true believer. Walking up the upgrade to the front door of the shack you feel nothing, but, as soon as you pass the threshold, amazing things happen. I felt dizzy, I couldnt keep myself upright, if I let me self walk slowly down the floor I would surely slam into the wall. Its amazing, my kids loved it, my husband loved it (who had never visited the place before). Everyone should see this place. It is soooo worth the admission!!!
