Fairlawn Mansion & Museum, Superior

My apologies to Mr./Ms. Mcleod. The tour metioned was a special flashlight tour we started last fall. We had advertised and sold out our two planned tours. Our local paper decided to promote the event in an article without checking with us about the details. We were swamped. We added two more tours and those sold out as well. For those who left their names we offered a second tour on a later date. If he/she would like to contact us. We would be happy to reserve some spots on the tours planned for this fall.-

Unfortunatly this wonderful building is run by bafoons. The people here do not seem to care for the people paying to visit. It is a beautiful building, with a lot to offer. But until someone who understands buisness is in there, it will not be visited by my family again. After driving with 6 people for 45 min. to take a tour, they informed us without a reservation, we could not attend. The add they placed said nothing about reservations, just be there at 7pm. We, along with other families, showed up on time. When told we knew nothing about a reservation, they responded very arrogantly "the newspaper made a mistake, we can't take you in, next". We along with 10-15 others left with nothing. The problem was, they don't even care. No appology, no concern, nothing. Mistakes happen, but it wasn't our fault!
