Petrifying Springs Golf Course

Petrifying Springs is on of the nicest and most best priced golf courses in Southeast Wisconsin. It is well maintained and has some challenging holes. Chris, the Golf Teaching Professional is fantastic. He helped me improve my game after three lessons. I recommend the course and the instruction.

This course is a real asset to Kenosha County. It is kept in great condition with reasonable rates. A good example of a County operated golf course. Much nicer than private courses in the Kenosha area.

I live in Chicago but wanted to play a day of golf in Kenosha because I went to Carthage College. The staff at the golf course was very friendly. I arrived at the course alone and they pairerd me up to play with three other gentlemen within minutes and we had a great time.I could not believe how beautiful the course. The elevated greens and tee boxes made play very interesting. The back nine made me feel like I was playing on the PGA tour because it was so beautiful. I can't wait return. Frank Fackler

I've been golfing this course for the past twenty years. I has everything you need for a great round of golf. Nest to BrightonDale, this is probably the best public golf course in the Kenosha area.

Not many golfers have experienced this beautiful course in Kenosha County. I've been playing this course for the past 40 years and have fond memories of my Dad teaching me this wonderful game. A great county park, well kept, and friendly staff. With Fall approaching, don't miss the beautiful colors this course will offer in the next few weeks. "Pets" will always remain close to my heart. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
