Love this lake
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/11/08
This is just simply a wonderful, beautiful lake and area. You must see it in person. Lived in the Lake Tahoe area for 22 years before moving to the midwest. It's not Lake Tahoe but as close as you get for this area. I'm blown away with each visit. Hiking, swimming, whatever you want in this area. And bad news is...I just got transferred to Dallas...Bummer!!!! But I'll be back to visit!

Great Swimming and Hiking
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/07
This lake is great for swimming all through the summer. There are many hiking trails and all are very scenic. A great place to take the family.

Family Tradition
By Megan, 09/26/05
Devils lake is a great atmostphere with nature surrounding you. You can get away from it all while camping at visiting the local neighborhoods, but for a big city feel you can head to the dells just minutes away. My family began the tradition of going there every summer to camp when i was younger and now i go with my friends because its such a great place to camp and its cheap!
