We have been there 4 times this year and cannot even sit and play on slots 10 mins without taking your money. Know you aren't going to win every time,but would be nice to play.Since put tables in unless you play tables I would't go. Won't go back. Used to enjoy but no more

I go quite often. I live in Ohio. In the past couple of years it has really changed alot. People are not as friendly, you have to waite fooooooooooooor ever to get a drink. Now that the gambling tables are there the servers cater to them. I along with a group that goes there have notice their 25 cent machines, the Doubles do not hit on 3 if you play the maximun rarely on two and it does not pay out the way it use to if you do it one 2. The 7 machine Red, white and Blue machine NEVER hit anymore. You used to be able to hit on those quite a bit Don't ever hit the maximum button your better off to play 1) It does not hit on two. This past 2weeks I have done calculations on these two machines. Almost all of them in the casino. Spent on an average of about 6 hours each day approximately 3 times a week over these past two weeks. Also, on Frid & Sat. my husband went with me. Neither of us would hit. They have added so many 2 cent machs. and 5cent machine to make up for their losses. The house wins big times on these. The CFO, finanacial officer was there one day pretty much a loss for words. He said, "I will Pass it on" after he told one of my people he was the person to talk to if we had a complaint. Hmmmmmm yet he'll pass it on. It's called liking to pay the fines when caught not paying out to the people whom are there playing. It's cheaper for them. Also their 5 X's machine and their 10Xs machines for those you will never have a chance. I do not recommend playing there nor do I recommend playing at Mountineer since they own that also. Even though I know there will be people to still put their luck to the test. Economy is tuff, don't stand by and let them take it all. Let's write reviews and let them understand that we are glad that they are there and we want to be a patron but fair is fair. Oh man especially on Wednesday when it is Seniors day. They, the Casino take them hook line and sinker. These poor people don't know any better. Make your voice heard. Believe me they make Plenty of money or they wouldn't be in the business. We just want to have fun and go home with a little extra. Remember what your machine looks like when you sit down to play or be4 you put your money in because even if noone is sitting their playing when you sit down these machines are still running inside the House knows when they are going to hit and when they are not. You can pretty much tell by the way your machine looks when you sit down that this is how it will play thru out the night. So don't hold your breathe. Also, don't think that because someone just got up from a machine and didn't win doesn't mean you will. This is a myth. Good Luck and hope some of you take head and write a review good or bad but most importantly be wise.

For the First Time I made the trip to your great casino and hotel with my daughter and wife and nephew. First I have to say that everything was in a first class mode. Good Food Good Atmosphere and Attractive Hotel Room. But But But But. The Group that you Booked. BIG BAD VOO DOO DADDY is just great. We really really loved that Band. They are Jitterbug Jumping Foot Stomping Great Band. You really pulled all of the stops out booking BIG BAD VOO DOO DADDY. Please get them back. Hats off and Congratulations to your Booking AGENT that got BIG BAD VOO DOO DADDY to perform on your stage. That booking manager or agent deserves full recognition. GET BIG BAD VOO DOO DADDY back at your establishment.

We stayed for one night in the hotel, which was very cleaned. I was very impressed with our room and it was close to the casino! The service wasn't the best, at check in and check out times, there was only one employee working the hotel counter which meant about a 30 minute wait at both times. We ate dinner at the Breezeway Cafe and we were very disappointed! There was a 20 minute wait to get a table, then a 45 minute wait to get our appetizer and main course which came at the same time. When the food came, it was cold, so we sent it back, and it came back colder! The service in the restaurant was a disgrace. Not one employee ever asked us how our meal was, or if there was anything we needed, or said sorry for the wait, or sorry for the cold food. We spoke to the manager when we were paying for our meal and told her our food was cold, and she didn't say a thing! She acted like she didn't hear us. Unfortunately, this cafe is also who does room service so I wouldn't recommend that neither! The amount of smoke in the casino was unreal. It actually was a haze of smoke clouds. We're from Ohio, which has now leagally done away with smoking in public places so we were not prepared for the smoking. It was terrible, it's been 2 days and my husband and I both still have sore throats and coughs from all the smoke! We did good on the slots, hit a couple of nice pots. Had some trouble getting on the Blackjack tables, there are only a couple so you have to wait in line to get a seat at the table. We would love to go back but due to all the smoking, I think we'll just save our money and go back to Vegas, at least they filter it out of the casinos better!
